Wednesday, December 31, 2008 is the last day to renew Club Memberships. Members who do not renew prior to this date must rejoin as a new Club Member. Cost is $40.00 and you lose your Club status (years) and start again as a Social Member.  There are no exceptions!          

Keycards are required for entry into the Club. All of you have done an exceptional job following this new rule. With the exception of a few individuals, most have cooperated and for this we thank you.

On the subject of membership cards, allow me to reiterate the rule of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) concerning the dispensing of alcoholic products. The rule states "each member must have on their person a valid membership card for service of any alcoholic beverage." This is their rule, not ours. We must enforce this or risk being cited for noncompliance. It is your responsibility to have on your person a valid membership card and present it when asked by bartenders. Quit complaining to the bartenders about this.

We are glad to welcome you as a new Club Member of Elstonville Sportsmen's Association. There are many things we have to offer to our Club Members. Elstonville Sportsmen's Association has acres of beautiful land where there is an excellent course for you to participate in Block Shoots, Sporting Clays, 3-D Archery and Cowboy Action Shoots. There is also a Fish Pond and a Rifle Range located on the ground for Club Members to utilize. There are Club Activities for all of the family to enjoy, which includes Easter, Halloween and Christmas Parties for all Club Members Children and Grandchildren. Entertainment for the adults includes Dancing, Karaoke and music in the bar room for evenings of fun for the adult members. All new Club Members are considered "Social Members." You must be a Club Members in good standing for two (2) consecutive years. After this time you will be considered an "Active Club Member". Active Club Members are eligible to vote in Club Elections, hold an office, and sponsor new members. To join the Elstonville Sportsmen's Association you must be sponsored by an Active Club Member of the Association. The annual dues of each Club Member of the Association shall be $20.00 (renewal) and $42.50 for new Club Members.
